• 70 ton and 150 ton travelifts adequate for 20’ to 130’ vessels
• Dry storage capacity for up to 300 vessels
• 8,500 linear feet of fresh water moorage
• Telephone, water and cablevision hook-ups
• Metered 20, 30 and 50 amp power
• Full washroom, shower and laundry facilities available ashore
• Restaurant, pub, banquet room and cold beer and wine store
• Fully stocked marine hardware store
